Where Do Healdsburg High
Athletic Booster Donations Go?
 

The Board of Directors wants you to know your donations support all student athletes. During the 2004-2005 school year, $56,500 supported 17 athletic teams. Additionally, $2,500 supported three athletic scholarships. This amounted to $105 per eligible student athlete / per team roster.

Monies are deposited directly into the team account. They are to be used at the discretion of the Head Coach to support team needs. The following is a list of the 2004-2005 allocations:

 

Approximately one-half of the funds are raised through our food concessions from football and basketball games and wrestling meets. The other half of the funds are raised through our annual golf tournament and membership drive. Of special note, when team parents assist with football concessions and the golf tournament, their team benefits from additional allocations directly into their team accounts (an additional $2,500 was allocated).

We hope you will continue to support our student athletes at Healdsburg High. We welcome all members to participate. We meet the first Monday of every month from 6:30 to 7:30 PM in the school library (or room 20 if the room is reserved for the community).
