A Message from the Board of Directors of the Healdsburg Education Foundation (HEF)

Every parent of a student in the Healdsburg Unified School District (HUSD) should have received by postal mail a brochure and letter from the Board of Directors of the Healdsburg Education Foundation (HEF). This mailing for our Annual Fund Campaign is intended to encourage all parents to consider a gift to HEF towards their child’s education.

HEF has been raising funds to support Healdsburg public schools since 1985. As State funding of education in California has declined, HEF has been able to support the faculty and staff at local public schools in sustaining the programs that students and parents consider vital to a well-rounded, quality education. Thanks to parents, local businesses and other funding sources, HEF supports student services, athletics, libraries, scholarships, academics and the arts.

Thank you for all you do in support of your student’s education and we hope you are able to make a gift—any amount makes a difference. Your gift may be made to the HEF general fund or it may be designated to be used for a specific use—a teacher, a club, a sport, a campus.
